Meet our Doctors

Lindsay Sprague, VMD

Rotating Veterinarian

I am originally from Connecticut where I was raised in an animal-loving household with many rescue Labradors. I attended college at Villanova University outside of Philadelphia, where I studied psychology and intended to pursue advanced training in that specialty. While studying abroad and volunteering at an animal hospital, I realized my interest in working with people could be integrated with my passion for helping animals. I decided to change career paths and attend Tufts University for a post-baccalaureate program to complete my veterinary school prerequisites. I then returned to the Philadelphia area where I attended the University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine. During my clinical year I developed a strong interest in Emergency Medicine and Surgery.

Outside of veterinary medicine, I enjoy cooking, working out, hiking with my fiancé, Richard, and Lab-mix Tucker, and hanging with our cat, Miso.

Education:

  • Villanova University, B.A. in Psychology
  • Tufts University, Pre-Veterinary Certificate
  • University of Pennsylvania School of Veterinary Medicine, VMD
